New update user access management Modular

Just a week ago, we launched the long-awaited feature to restore backups directly from Modular DS.

And yes—we’re back again with more updates you asked for. Thanks again for helping us build the best website management tool out there 💜

Here are 3 new improvements already live in Modular DS:

Support for multisite websites

Connect your websites created in a WordPress multisite network to Modular DS. Each one independently.

This was one of the big ones on our to-do list, and we’re excited to say you can now manage them from your dashboard (almost) like any other site.

Choose which admin user you want to log in with

Until now, Modular DS automatically used the first admin user it found to access your website.

From now on, you can choose which admin user to use for the 1-click login to WordPress. You just have to update it from the site settings.

Elementor and WooCommerce automatic database update

Has it ever happened to you that you updated Elementor or WooCommerce, and then you have to log into the site to complete the database update manually?

Well, that’s over.

Modular DS now automatically handles database updates for these plugins after they are updated from your dashboard. No manual steps, no errors, and no annoying messages to your clients.
